Dear Erin’s House Community,
As we reflect on the past year, I’m filled with deep gratitude for all we’ve accomplished together. In 2024, we started our capital campaign for The Wing, our staff engaged in impactful professional development initiatives, and we continued providing free programs, camps, resources, and education to families throughout our community. We remain committed to meeting families where they are and growing alongside their needs.
The Wing
In 2024, we proudly broke ground on The Wing for Young Adults—a dedicated space created to meet the unique needs of grieving individuals ages 18–25. We look forward to opening its doors soon and expanding our reach to support even more families through their grief journeys.

The Disney Institute
Another exciting milestone this year was made possible through a generous grant from the Lilly Endowment. Ten of our staff members attended the Disney Institute in Orlando, Florida, where we explored innovative strategies for leadership, service excellence, and organizational culture. The experience provided powerful tools to enhance how we serve our families by creating meaningful, intentional moments that leave a lasting impact. We returned inspired and better equipped to serve our families with empathy, consistency, and care.
With your continued support, we’ll be able to walk alongside even more young hearts as they navigate their grief. We are truly grateful to have you as an essential part of our mission—empowering our youth, strengthening our programs, and building a community rooted in compassion. Thank you for your continued dedication to Erin's House.
With gratitude,
Sincerely,
Debbie Meyer
Executive Director
