Identity

Erin’s House Identity Outreach Program is held at local youth centers for kids and teens who live in the central city zip codes and underserved areas of the Fort Wayne community.

Each week, programming has a different theme with related activities determined by age and developmental appropriateness. Erin’s House trained volunteers facilitate the groups, encouraging the kids to explore their feelings of grief in a safe and accepting environment.

This program is offered at no cost.

If you believe the Identity Program could be a valuable partnership for your organization or business, please complete the inquiry form below.
