Erin's House on-site peer-support program has been temporarily suspended; however, we are conducting virtual groups using Zoom video calls.

We know that children, teens, and their families will continue to experience grief during this pandemic. As such, we are continuing to accept new family applications. Our staff is available to offer support or answer questions over the phone at 260.423.2466 or by email at

To enroll your child(ren) into our bi-weekly peer-support groups, please fill out the form using the button below. If you prefer a hard copy of the application, please contact us and we will provide you with that resource.

Once your completed application has been submitted, you will receive a call within 1-2 business days from our Family Support Coordinator to schedule a private orientation with your family.

After your orientation, we will have you join us for our virtual New Family Program. This program runs consecutively for four weeks and held every Saturday from 10:00 - 11:00 A.M. The group is tailored for our families just getting started with our peer-support programming. It consists of a planned activity done as a family with time for sharing and ends with a 15-minute "grief chat". These grief chats are for the adults in the group and provide information on children's grief and how we can provide support during difficult times. We will also allow for time to address any questions or concerns about children's grief and/or our programming.

Upon completion of our virtual New Family Program, we will place your family on your official program night where each child will be split into peer-support groups based on their age.

As things are continually changing during this unprecedented time, we will keep you informed on current programming updates and modifications. We appreciate your understanding!
